Mohammad is an Egyptian national and the founder of Al Fahad Legal Consulting, actively practicing law in the U.A.E. since 2010. He is a qualified Egyptian attorney who obtained his law degree from Tanta University (Faculty of Law) in Egypt in 2008 and is licensed by the State Bar of Egypt, and Member of the Arab Lawyers Union. Mohammad has twelve years of legal experience in various fields of litigation.

Mohammad is a litigation specialist and senior legal consultant who has played an integral role in the growth of the litigation practice. He possesses extensive experience in civil, commercial, and criminal law.

With diverse experience in reviewing corporate affairs, Mohammad provides consultations on legal aspects and peculiarities of doing business in the UAE and internationally. Additionally, he has expertise in setting up various companies in different jurisdictions.
